1. How will my child's teacher know when I've placed my order online?
Every time you place an order online
with Scholastic Reading Club, the order details are sent to your child's
teacher (while your credit card payment information is sent directly to
Scholastic.) The teacher will be notified with the details of your order on her
teacher ordering site by an email.
Likewise, when your child's teacher
submits all of the class orders to Scholastic, you will be notified by email
that your order is processing should arrive in the classroom within 10 days of
receiving that email.
2. What is Scholastic's Customer Service number?
You may contact Customer Service at
1-800-Scholastic (1-800-724-6527) for assistance.
3. Do you allow pre-orders?
Yes. All pre-ordered items
will be shipped on, or just after, their release date. Date of delivery on
pre-orders will depend on the shipping method selected during Checkout.
Note: promotion codes and offers
cannot be used with pre-orders.
4. How can I see the reading level for each book?
As you browse the Scholastic Reading
Club website, click on a book image or title for more information about the
book, including the reading level. The reading level shown will be based on the
reading level system your child's teacher uses in the classroom.
5. How long will it take to get my order from the teacher who's handling my Scholastic Reading Club orders?
Once you submit your Scholastic
Reading Club order online, the teacher who handles your Scholastic Reading Club
orders will be notified by e-mail. Then you'll receive an e-mail notification
when the teacher has submitted the class order. The book box will arrive at the
school within 10 days after the teacher submits the order.

1. What are the shipping options and costs when I order from Reading Club?
We provide FREE standard ground
service for all orders that include a parent online order, OR teacher-only
orders over $20 to be delivered in the continental 48 states.
For orders under $20, that don't
include a parent online order, there is a shipping fee of $3.50. Once you
submit an order using standard ground service, you will receive the order
within 10 days.
2 day shipping is available for 5,000 Bonus Points or $25, regardless of the size of your order as long as all the orders are placed at the same time. If your order is placed by 12 noon cst, you will receive the order within 2 business days.* (We're sorry, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO do not qualify for express delivery.)
*No Saturday delivery. Excludes
national holidays. Not available outside the 50 states. Alaska and Hawaii
orders will arrive within 5 business days. Service not available for orders
shipping to P.O. Boxes.
